They were all very helpful! I would ask a question and it was answered everytime. They always kept you in the loop of what was going on and what was going to happen. The overall experience was great and I would buy another car from them in the future! I'am enjoying my 2011 Honda Pilot! Thanks Ralph Schomp Honda!

I went to the dealership first to look into trading my 2006 pilot for a new one. I told Kyle that I had recently received two service quotes for $5000 and $4500, and that I was considering putting a few thousand as a downpayment on a new pilot instead. We talked through financing and my personal situation and he really listened to me. He helped me decide to wait 6 months so I could get a better interest rate and said he was pretty sure the service I needed would cost far less there. He called the service department for me to find out. He was right. Not only did I save money, I learned that the other quotes were trying to sell me services that I didn't need. The entire experience was fantastic and I will come back to work with Kyle in 6 months when I am ready to get my new pilot. I am going to tell anyone who asks about my wonderful experience there. Thanks!
