"As always, it is the people of the Schomp company who make the buying/leasing experience at Schomp so absolutely top-notch! And by that I mean ALL the people we come in contact with there upon entering the door, from the people behind the desk to the people just stopping over and asking if we needed anything. I felt like I am being treated as a friend rather than a VIP customer!

I had no doubt we would come back to Schomp to replace our 2005 Civic that was totalled in a recent accident. I knew that we would be treated with utmost courtesy and respect. That we continued to be treated that way well AFTER the doors had closed on a Friday night speaks volumes to me about the business and personal work ethic that is so engrained in the people who work there.

Ed Kabbash is someone we keep coming back to. We were also fortunate to work with a new employee Ken in the finance department. It all boils down to having quality people along every step of the way. And it isn't limited only to them. Thank you all again so much. When we look forward to buying our 10th Honda (under better circumstances) there is no question where we will turn, and we always continue to mention to all our friends, family, co-workers and acquaintances how the Schomp company is the best and only place anyone should ever look for a car, no matter what the make.

I know that the true culture of an organization reflects the leadership at the top -- and so I must say that while I have never personally met someone from either the Schomp family or its general management, I have to think that that leadership is exemplary, because everyone else I have ever dealt with -- at service, at used cars, new cars, finance ... -- every single person seems to stand in pride at how to treat others with stellar service so personally and passionately.

(Would you please do me a favor and email me the names of the two finance people we talked with? They were awesome as well. I know one of the names as Ken, who helped us with all the $$ details -- and the other was a tall man with dark hair and glasses, who spoke with what sounded like a European accent. I failed to get either of their business cards and would like to drop them a line as well!)

Oh, and I love the actual car as well! And the 1-5 scale up above? Everything should really be a 10! Everything.

Sincerely,
Brian Sheehan

"A good experience. Josh was very friendly and explained what they had done. I had scheduled an appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. The waiting area is very customer friendly and the staff person in their was very hospitable and helpful."
