Dealer has a user friendly web-site which made it extremely easy to make an appointment. Appointment was confirmed by email with the name of the service advisor. When I arrived for the appointment I was greeted immediately and everything went smoothly and was well explained. Diagnosis was quick and the battery was changed out immediately. Might be a little more expensive than Sears or Firestone, but when these guys say the charging system is OK, I believe them.

Customer service – The salaried salesperson and set price approach means I don't have to do the back and forth bartering and the, “I have to get this approved”. Some people may like it – I don’t.Quality of Work – since no service was performed, I didn’t rate this.Friendliness – The staff was very friendly.Overall Experience – This was a painless and smooth buying experience.Price – the price was good. It was fair and below Blue Book.The finance person (I can’t remember his name, but he had only been with Schomp a short time) was friendly, and did a good job offering options without being pushy.

Upon bringing my car in for 60,000 mile checkup, I realized that Discount Tire had not returned my wheel key when I purchased new tires. The techs at Honda helped me decide what to do and were able to remove the wheels for brake inspection without damaging the wheels. Also, since I had new tires, I was not charged for rotating and balancing.

I am always treated well and promptly when I come in for service and work was performed during the time frame that they said it would and I was out in a half an hour. My questions about coolant and timing belt service intervals was answered promptly and I was very satisfied with my visit.
