Mo was great! He listened to my needs and followed through. He is/was very personable and had a great attitude! Price was very important to me and Mo delivered with a very good price point, both on my trade-in and on my new 2010 Insight purchase. Although Ralph Schomp has been my choice for service since 1992, this is the first time I purchased new from RS.
