Mo was great! He listened to my needs and followed through. He is/was very personable and had a great attitude! Price was very important to me and Mo delivered with a very good price point, both on my trade-in and on my new 2010 Insight purchase. Although Ralph Schomp has been my choice for service since 1992, this is the first time I purchased new from RS. My experiences at Ralph Schomp Honda from new sales to service (most recently service) have always been friendly, helpful, professional and competent. Last Thursday, my car would not start in the parking lot of the office complex where I work in Aurora, CO. I called and spoke with Martin (?) and he explained it was probably the battery and if it was then it should be under waranty. He explained the electrical test they'd need to do etc... After a cowork was able to jump start my 2009 Honda Fit, I dropped it off that night before close. It was ready the next morning by 10am and there was no charge to me for these services.
We had visited five other dealerships in the last week. Ralph Schomp Honda was the first dealer that made us feel comfortable, not rushed or pressured. They gave us the discounted price up front, and they were able to get us the monthly payment we were looking for. We have owned Honda's before and have always loved them.
